Joyce Morrison

A Texas native, Joyce Morrison graduated from Ponder High School and completed my BBA degree and minor in merchandising at UNT in Denton, TX. Residing in Dallas for the past 14 years, Joyce met her husband Jerry and married in March of 2017 in the Maldives. Joyce has spent the last 11 years in the medical device industry. From this time Joyce and Jerry have started their own medical consulting company, cadaver lab, and medical education institute. Joyce also owns and manages multiple real estate properties. In 2019, Joyce was crowned Mrs. Texas International. She placed 3rd runner-up at the international pageant then passed her crown on in 2020. Shortly after, Joyce purchased the Texas International Pageant and is now the current owner and executive director. She is thrilled to continue to be apart the international system where she can continue to use my platform to help other women capture their dreams. Joyce was listed as part of the Top Women to Watch by Society Magazine in 2019, and Vogel Alcove’s volunteer of the year in 2020. When she happens to find herself free time she loves to travel with her husband, share her lifestyle and fashion on Instagram and donate her time and efforts to bettering non-profits close to her heart.

Kaylee McMahon

Kaylee has purchased over 70 million in multifamily real estate as General partner and principle. She sold over 3 million dollars in residential real estate before transitioning into her current full time syndication role. Originally from Portland Oregon,  She founded the Women Who Invest Council women-powered investment council group in Dallas,which is also digital, and a podcast called #1 leading ladies where she interviews kick-ass women who are disrupting their industry and the REAL story of how they got where they are. She is developing technology to help make it easy and convenient for women to learn how to make passive income through apartment investing-the Shevest app.

Kaylee has done home flipping, note buying, active / passive investing in apartments, and sometimes is her own lender as she feels that to be truly confident in giving advice, one should NEVER take advice from someone who has never gone through these things themselves.

She is always learning about multifamily business models to get her and her partners the best return on investment.

The entire backbone of what gets Kaylee out of bed every day is her “why”. At a 30,000 foot view, it is to create financial independence and space for those experiencing codependency and toxic relationships which hamper their ability to visualize and then manifest what their amazing reality could be. Her company culture models this why and is “Changing the face of multifamily” to bring more women into the light as powerhouse operators, key principles, and limited partners. We will create 1 billion invested by, for, and with women female SheVestors by 2030.

I am Jenny Fuller. I am a wife, mom, business owner, yoga teacher, I also have a podcast and run yearly out of the country fitness retreats.

I believe my mission in life that God has assigned me to complete is to lead by example and help as many people find and discover their BEST selves.

I have been through divorce, failed businesses, and lost identify. It is my mission to help people that struggle in life. I believe God puts you through tests, if you pass them.. you are able to share your story to help other people. That is exactly what I am doing.. completing my calling.

Marcie Aguayo is the owner of Tootoo Cute Boutique, where she designs and handcrafts clothing for your little ones. She has a keen eye and style and is always ready to create new looks. Her love for sewing started with her grandmother teaching her a single stitch on a vintage sewing machine. From then on, it has been over 10 years of growing and learning how to design, create and execute! Marcie thrives on creating one of kind pieces for each customer, from shirt designs made from scratch to hand cut fabric to individually placed pearls.
